✨ What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice based on the belief that life-force energy flows through and around us. Through light touch or hands placed just above the body, Reiki is intended to support relaxation, energetic balance and a deeper connection to yourself.
Think of it as an opportunity to quiet the outside world and simply receive. During a session, you may experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotional release—or simply a beautiful sense of stillness. Every Reiki experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to receive it.
🌙 Who we are…
Ashlee is a Reiki Master trained in Holy Fire® Reiki I, II & III, blending traditional Reiki with intuitive energy work, sound and her own heart-centered approach to creating a safe, peaceful space to surrender and reconnect.
Winnie is Ashlee’s little four-legged companion and has become a sweet part of the Sacred Moon experience. She has an incredibly gentle, intuitive presence and often chooses to quietly curl up nearby while Ashlee works—as if she knows exactly when someone could use a little extra love. 🐾✨
Because sessions take place in Ashlee’s private home, Winnie may be present during your experience. If you’re uncomfortable around dogs or have allergies, please keep this in mind before booking so that you can choose a healing space where you’ll feel completely comfortable.

The Inner Journey is an immersive Reiki and sound healing experience created to help you slow down, turn inward, and gently explore the emotions, patterns, and pieces of your past you may be ready to acknowledge and release.
Through Reiki, sound, intentional energy work, and guided visualization, you’ll be invited to connect with your inner child—the version of you who may still be holding onto old stories, emotions, or experiences.
This isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about meeting yourself with compassion, creating space for what comes up, and giving yourself permission to let go of what you no longer wish to carry.

Your journey includes Reiki energy work, sound healing and a custom guided meditation created around the areas where you’re feeling stuck, heavy or ready for change.
For those who choose, plant medicine may be incorporated as an optional element of the experience. Your session closes with an oracle card reading for reflection, clarity and guidance as you step back into the world feeling lighter, grounded and energetically renewed.
